| THANK YOU!! You have inspired me! I'm a thirty year-old mom, who mourns over the regreted decision to not persue art college! I LOVE ART!! Through the years, I've transformed "junk", into toys, and/ posters for my two boys. My 6yr. old has aspergers, and does alot ofobsessing!To ease this, I try to create whatever he is obsessing over.( It is always something uncommon!)I've amazed myself through the years, and have just discovered repaints of dolls.Although I'm trying to figure out the technique, I'm excited, and rather enjoy this form of art! I found your work inside a library book! I LOved what I saw!Reading your artistic approach, and point of veiw really impresses me! What can I say? You are phenominal!! I think that I became programmed that a doll was to look realistic, and as glamorous as possible. You have free my mind,and helped me to open it. I'd much rather look at an interesting sculpture, than another pretty, traditional face. It gets kind of boring! Looking through doll makeover books does seem repetitious at times. When I turned to your page, I was saved, and relieved! Thanks!~ Diana |
