Chaotic Evil Unholy Symbol

Just wearing this unholy symbol has an effect on a creatures' morale by boosting Charisma and self-confidence (+2 to Intimidate, Will, and Charisma based saves) but is cursed in that it makes the wearer uncommonly domineering and brash.

Once per day on command, the wearer can invoke the remnants of the ruined fiend’s power and fire a bolt of electricity at any target within 30 feet. The bolt requires a ranged touch attack, and deals 3d6 electricity damage (Ref save for half). The amulet glows a pale green when one or more charges remain in it, emitting a very faint crackling noise at all times. It recharges at midnight.

Z'Og is worshiped by deurgar as a manifestation of Zargoth.
