Hey, that isn't mentioned anywhere! No, but it might be a source of power in the Modern SRD, and since my own campaign is about to get jiggy with a stroll down memory lane, I though I might experiment with translating some of the current d20 Modern Feats into 4th Edition D&D Powers.
Jury-Rig [Techie Feature]
Your knowledge of machines enables you temporarily repair broken devices.
At-Will (Special) + Science, Repair
Special: You can use this power 3 times per day, but only once per round.
Standard Action touch
Target: One mechanical device
Effect: You spend a round making a broken device usable again for the duration of the encounter. At the end of the encounter, the device is considered broken again and in need of repair (see Repair), and cannot be jury-rigged again.
