4th EDITION D&D SRD (PREVIEW) - POWERS & SOURCES

Powers are the special things that your character can do. There are several sources of a characters power including Arcane (spells), Divine (prayers), Martial (exploits) and Science (knowledge). These are chosen during character creation and may also be gained through experience. Powers have a rank based on character level which is used to determine their effectiveness and are divided into categories according to when they are used, including At-Will, Encounter, and Daily usage.
